Loading Dose	75 units/kg IV over 10 minutes
Maintenance Dose	units/kg/hour (usual starting dose is 28 units/kg/hour)
Rate	ml/hour (We would usually make up an infusion so that 1 ml/hr gives 10 units/kg/hour)
