Clinical Excellence - Programmes of Work

Clinical Excellence includes all of the below programmes of work.

At a recent Te Toka Tumai planning day the Executive Leadership Team deemed Clinical Excellence a priority. Every service is now being asked to report on clinical outcomes including:

• 2 clinical outcomes they regard as important markers of excellence

• 1 clinical outcome, important marker of excellence, but know they need to be doing better

• All outcomes should include ethnicity data

• Should consider patient and whānau view of what are important clinical outcomes
