Free 24 hour telephone advice is available from:

Plunketline on 0800 933 922 for advice on well child and parenting issues such as crying, sleeping, your child's growth and development

Healthline on 0800 611 116 to speak to a registered nurse for advice if your child is sick or hurt.

Both services are free to call and available 24 hours a day
