About Starship Clinical Research
Starship Clinical Research delivered through high quality observational studies and clinical trials enables children and families in paediatric care the opportunity to participate in well-designed studies leading to improved clinical outcomes. Multiple funding streams from HRC grants, charitable funds and industry contribute to on-going growth in Starship’s research portfolio of over 150 studies.
Starship Foundation has provided grant awards for several of these studies and additionally funded the establishment of a Clinical Research Support Hub. This team provides operational support to Starship investigators from grant application to study set up and delivery across the spectrum of paediatric clinical specialties.
